Leonor Lavradio  
Having emerged from the stimulating world of psychology, after spending the last couple of years researching the cognitive processes of human creativity and how embracing our inner child sparks greater creative production, Leonor decided it was time to practice what she preached - And so ventured into the realm of stop motion animation. She hopes to embark on this new adventure and path, bringing with her her passion for music which has always accompanied her throughout her life, and which will surely play a major role in her animation work from here onwards - starting with Violet Noise.

Stefania Balzarotti  
Italian freelancer, her passion and carrier is in two fields that she often combines: art and education. Degree in Philosophy, and futher studies in education on one side, and a personal path in drawing and illustration on the other side, she thinks that creating is the best way to think. During the lockdown the passion for stop motion arose: a perfect combination of manuality and thinking, that she further explored with the stop motion master in BAU, and here is how Violet Noise began. Matthew Joyce  
After an internal battle over whether to study filmmaking or social science for his undergraduate degree, social science prevailed for Matthew but after the eventual discovery of a masters degree in stop motion animation, the infinite artistic directions stop motion can take seemed to outweigh the creative potential of live action filmmaking and the venture into this field began. The covid lockdown of 2020 consisted of countless experimentations within the world of stop motion animation and a passion was born. Somehow amid all the pressure and stress and feeling as if more had been bitten off than he could chew, Violet Noise only strengthened this passion.
